Things Get Spooky in False Priest's new video for "I Would Love To Speak In Tongues"
San Francisco's False Priest paint a spooky picture for us in their latest video for "I Would Love To Speak In Tongues", off of their debut full length album Driving in Circles - released last year. While the song, and the album as a whole walk listeners through the cyclical pattern of self destructive tendencies and thinking, this video puts a more lighthearted and literal twist on the track. While the lyrics "let them control my movements like a hand in a glove" originally speaks to a feeling of helplessness and lack of control, this video expands on a more verbatim understanding of the line. Directed by Eli Wengrin (who you may recognize from directing "Food Is Gross" by Baseball Gregg) - we follow 'James A Zinn' , an attorney who specializes in paranormal litigation.
